5 Acres Studio, located north of the GTA just minutes from the 404 and from Newmarket. is a 3,000-square foot filming facility created specifically for live-action content production. There is free on-site parking for over 25 vehicles and/or production trucks. Our studios are super easy to book and available for a little as half a day, or as long as you may need. 

Suitable for groups of 25-40, the studio has lockable wardrobe rooms, built-in HMUs, and an industrial kitchen. The studio is outfitted with a 400AMP panel and can supply all the power you’ll need for your production with convenient external hook-ups. 

Industrial water supply is close by and the site features mixed forest topography and accessible trails. There are 4 standing sets (including a gourmet kitchen!); 7 additional rooms that can be used as offices, meeting rooms or holding locations; and an on-site carpentry shop
